Grateful to have found a place to get food to serve my community. However, I wasn't met with pleasant faces. I showed up and rang the bell. No one answered so I rang a few more times. Someone eventually came out from the other side of the building yelling at me to stop ringing the bell. The gate finally opens and the lady that comes out barely speaks to us and was very unpleasant. She then comes out with a forklift. Instead of putting the items straight into the truck, she leaves the items on the floor.

Not bad ..2 docks for dry and 2 for frozen ..45 mins to 1 hour each truck ..not big parking lot but 4-5 big trucks can squeeze in and make room for each other ..very close to interstate..

Amazing place, If you are looking to volunteer your time for a good cause, I highly recommend this place. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and courteous and provides you insight into the entire process.

Helping feed the food insecure in Fairfield County, what's better then that. There are many volunteer opportunities. Everyone is so nice and patient. It's a distribution center for the Wallingford facility.

I showed up to donate some food and was greeted by bob from channel 8.thanked me for donating food today.everyone from 8 news was exceptionly.nice. i had to pay this forward,because the day before,a nice young lady at shoprite paid for 2 hot dogs,they were selling at the door. I was vert thankful.for her generosity and kindness

I'm a over the road driver. Brought food from Michigan. I arrived at 10pm sunday. It's now Monday morning and waiting to get unloaded. I'm very upset that they will not allow truck drivers to use the restroom!! This is so wrong! Just another day that the truck drivers are nothing. Its disrespectful to me. But this is a food bank so they are praised for helping others... what a joke!

This needs to stop. Blocking an entry/exit is very inconsiderate of who ever is planing out this deliveries. We pay rent to live here. We pay to park in OUR PARKING. I do not need permission nor do i need to keep my baby who's sick in the car just because Tasha has no consideration for the other residents that live here. Parking in the middle of the parking lot and blocking the entry/exit it's not legal and its a huge Safety HAZARD.

Our company volunteers once a year to pack lunches and it is without a doubt my favorite day of the year. The food bank benefits so many kids and families that need our help, and all the companies that contribute goods and a little time, what a simple but important act of humanity. Can't say enough good things about these folks!
